PURPOSE: To identify growth opportunities for BMS and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

APPROACH: Through our collective experiences, insights, and relationships with BMS, we will exam what unique benefits BMS offers and how we can best promote this uniqueness to the community.

This group meets monthly

The BMS Board of Trustees, at the January 2003 board retreat, in conjuction with the Advancement Committee recomendations set the following priorities:

1. BMS should strive to achieve higher standards for academics and Christian behavior
2. BMS should provide services to our community
3. BMS should be affordable to all those who wish to attend
4. BMS needs to enhance the safety of the school
5. BMS elementary building needs improvement
6. BMS teachers should be encouraged to have high standards for themselves and be held accountable by the administration and the Board.
