School Sale: Don't know what to donate to the school sale? Go together with a friends and host a progressive dinner,
have a bbq in your back yard, host a pool party, give a certificate for 6 desserts over the next year you
choose the
months or have the buyer choose the months, create a scrap book give
a certificate for a scrapbook, these are just a few
ideas of things which will sell well. Contact Tami Peachey (peacheytl@bellevillemennoniteschool)with your donation.
We are still in need of volunteers for the school sale. We need help with the chicken bbq, bake goods stand, and other
areas. Please call the office and leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call.
Mentoring Families: Please remember to contact those you are mentoring. See if they have any questions and invite
them to volunteer with you for the Chocolate Festival. Thank you!
Chocolate Festival: Reserve the date! The fourth annual Chocolate Festival is Saturday, February 13, from noon until
4:00 pm. We are still looking for people to help during the Chocolate Festival. Please call chair, Barb Miller to volunteer
(7176676704).
Need a way to package what you are making? There are large and small clear clamshell
containers available for pickup
at the school, just stop by the office! Remember: Chocolate makes a great
Valentine's day gift!
Giant A+ Rewards: We earned $410.29 in December and $327.13 in January through the Giant A+ Rewards program
with a yeartodate
total of $1313.17. We currently have 175 cards designated to help BMS. Please ask your family and
friends to consider designating their card to benefit BMS. Our designation code is: 00553. Remember, you must
designate your card EACH year for BMS to benefit that year! Don't forget to pick up a Giant giftcard at the school
office to help BMS get a greater percentage! We earn 5% on every gift card purchased through the office.
Aluminum Recycling: Please continue to drop off your soda cans for recycling. Last month we earned $58.20 through
recycling. Please remember: no soup, vegetable, or pet food cans as these are not made of aluminum. Thank you Charvin
King for taking care of our recycling!
Campbell's Soup UPC codes: We have been receiving some labels from the front of the soup
cans to redeem. Unfortunately we can no longer us the labels we must have the UPC codes.
Please inform all who are saving for you we need the UPC code to send into the Campbell's
redemption center.
